Shipping Policy

We offer delivery to the local Hull area for all our products. Minimum order requirement is £20. Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery. For orders under £50, a £5 delivery fee will apply.

Orders are typically delivered within 1-2 business days, though delivery times may vary depending on order volume.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as a product arriving damaged or not meeting the quality standard, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or store credit. Proof of purchase and photographic evidence may be required for processing claims.
